The following funds are included in this series: Literary Fund, Sinking Fund, Board of Public Works (Internal Improvement Fund), Retired Teachers' Fund, Miller Manual Labor School Fund, and Interest on Public Debt. The dates covered are July 1, 1853-September 30, 1854; October 1, 1855-April 1, 1865; July 1, 1867-February 29, 1928.
